I wish I had a picture of the beautiful sunrise this morning. It was a magnificent mix of purples and pinks then turned orange. I ran 4 miles per my about.com advanced beginner half marathon training plan told me to do. I was so tired I just wanted to power through the miles so I ran about a 8:30 average pace. I thought I strained a muscle in my foot yesterday but it seemed to be OK!
This week is pretty chill. I have no plans. Tonight I’m going to plop in bed and watch lots of TV. Tomorrow maybe I’ll do yoga or see Hugo. Thursday I’m supposed to run 3.5 miles 1.5 at race pace (hmmm I’ll make that up on Thursday whatever that means). I should pack at some point. Friday I think I’ll swim and spin and go to dinner. Saturday morning I’m going to ATTEMPT to run 8 miles before my 10:40am flight. We shall see if that happens.
In a week from today I’ll be flying down Mammoth Mountain. snooooowwwwwwww and cute snowboarders. love.
