I’m digging this running in the mornings thing. The half marathon training says to run Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and recovery run on Sunday if you want. Other days are rest and cross training. I feel like do less spin and yoga classes which is a bummer but I guess when you sign up for a race you have to train for it!
It’s a bummer it’s pitch black when I run BUT it’s been in the 40s which is awesome because I don’t think I could actually run in the frigid cold. My psycho Garmin said I was running a 6 min mile hahhhhh so false. I must have the settings wrong. However when I plugged into the computer it said I ran an 8:21m mile. Which could actually be true. We shall see. I even had enough time this morning to do a minute plank and obviously shower. Well… I guess that isn’t necessarily obvious since I often do not shower. Always after a workout though…
Going to dominate shuffle board tonight. Hopefully squeeze in laundry. : / Tomorrow I will spin, swim, and steam. Sounds like the best night ever. Gets better! Party time at Lizzie and Jenny’s! Can’t wait for the fin de semana.
