Happy Monday friends. Am I well rested? No. But the weekend was great!
The weather was crazy nice. At times deceiving because there was a chilll in the air but it was sunny and in the 40s.
Friday night went to Mercadito with Treister and people. Love Mercadito. Always delicious. Went to bed earlyish so I could run in the am!
Saturday went to Central Park for a glorious 6 mile run. The weather was perfect. Rocked my new Lululemon gear.

Tested out my cool new Garmin (I need to figure out the pace situation because it said I was running an 11 min mile but it was reallllly a 9 min mile. strange) The Garmin is SO inspiring though. It makes me want to run faster and not take breaks. I bought the model with the heart rate monitor which is also neat. I have no clue what my heart rate is supposed to be but it’s fun to see it change when running up hill. My heart rate was 180 pretty much the whole run and my friend said that’s super high… hmmm

Met Rebecca in the park post run and we went down to my street to chill and eat at Bonsignour. Bonsig is awesome because it’s such a local spot and it’s next door to my apt. There was a group of people (who we think were alll actors) and they knew every person who walked by. I want to get in with the west village in crowd. You can now find me on that bench every Saturday. Friends not fans. Then the day had an unexpected twist and became a boooozy Saturday. Sam was in my hood so I suggested coffee or bloody mary’s.
(sidenote- they need to create mini fridge/freezer sized ice cream)
We went to Wilfie and Nell for drinks.

this picture is amazing in so many ways
Dave met up and then went to Joseph Leonard (my fav).

hi friends

They have the best bloody mary ever I think. Thennnn met up with Tiffany (who was in town and I haven’t seen in over a year!) and Jenna (who I haven’t seen in like 5 years) at Fat Cat hoping to play shuffle board but it was so freaking crowded that didn’t happen. Fat Cat packed at 5pm on a Saturday? Who knew! Sam and I just wanted to play games and continued our aggressive Saturday to 675 to play Jenga. For the best, they don’t do Jenga on the weekends. Boozy Saturday ended… only to go out for the night a few hours later!
Enjoying my 20s is an understatement.
Went to Standard Beer Garden for Stacy’s bday (who knew the Standard winterized the garden. so warm and cute). Then continued on at other bars. Fun times. So many laughs.
Sunday I actually rested. What a concept. I guess I needed it after going to sleep at 530am. Journaled and gossiped talked about boys for a bit at Jack’s with Al.

bought these beauties
Napped for 2 hours (set an alarm… I bet I could have slept through the night) Then invited myself to Michelle’s for dinner and TV. I was craving TV and wanted to watch the X Games. holy shit I love the X Games. Who knew snowmobiling was so awesome but we watched history be made with the first front flip. ANDDDDD SHAUN WHITE YOU ARE MY HERO. 5th gold in a row AND first perfect score. He’s so cool. He gets 18.4’ of air. The other wannabes get only 14’.

YUMMM
I am now tired per usual.
Enjoy the day!
