My life obviously revolves around food and a lots of deliciousness recently.
Last night I went to Zylo at the W in Hoboken (first trip to hoboken!) with 2 colleagues and oh my it was sooo good. We got meatballs, mushroom risotto, lobster rigatoni, calamari, filet, whole black bass, tirimasu, chocolate bread pudding and 2 bottles of Chianti. YUM.

The mri scan showed no fracture, but you do have pretty bad tendonitis of the tendons that run superficial to the cuboid bone. The options include a short course of immobilization in a cast boot, +/- physical therapy, as well as anti-inflammatory medication. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Orthotics may help, but is not the first step.
